Order & Returning Process

HOW TO ORDER SIMPLY and COMFORTABLE AT METAL-KIDS?

1. Finding your product

To find a certain item you can either use the navigation menu (BANDS, FESTIVAL, SLOGANS etc.), the filter navigation on the left or the SEARCH functionality. The menu is sorted top to bottom, means from Band name down to print design. The filter navigation can be used to filter on special information like size, colour or textile. The search can be used individually. Type in at least 3 characters to search our shop.

Once you have found the item you like to order choose following details by clicking the relevant icons (even if there is only one shown):

• colour of the textile
• printcolor
• size

Your selection will be shown next to the headers. After that type in the number of items you want to add to your shopping cart. 

2. Shopping cart

Include the items you want to order by clicking the button "ADD TO CART". The selected order will be included in your shopping cart. You can edit or remove the selected items anytime until you decide to proceed to checkout your order. By clicking the button "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" you will be linked to the next step.

Please note that voucher codes can only be applied in the shopping cart!

2. Proceed to checkout

You can now choose to checkout as guest or to register to our webshop to store your details permanently. Your data will be handled conforming the current privacy declaration. We do not forward your data to any other third party or use it beside processing your oder. If you are already registered please log in with your email and password. After the successful login choose or edit your shipping address and preferred shipping method. Click on "CONTINUE" to go on.

3. Payment Information

Please check and change your billing address details if necessary. Choose your preferred payment method. Click on "CONTINUE" to go on.

4. Check delivery address / choose shipping method

Choose or edit your shipping address and preferred shipping method. Click on "CONTINUE" to go on.

5. Complete order process / Business terms & Revocation

You get a full overview on your order including the selected items, shipping and billing address and your contact details. Please check if they are correct and edit if necessary. Read and accept (check box) the business terms and revocation to proceed with your checkout. By clicking the button "BUY NOW" your order is completed and send to us. Hereby you are submitting a legally binding offer.
